Avo & Berry Nut Butter Smoothie

About the Recipe

Don’t be alarmed by the carbohydrate content in this smoothie. Spinach is high in fibre and the net carbs are only 10g.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup macadamia/almond nut butter


  • 1 cup double cream yoghurt


  • 130g mixed frozen berries


  • 1 small avocado, peeled and chopped


  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • add a little water if you want to change the consistency of the smoothie

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
