About the Recipe
Don’t be alarmed by the carbohydrate content in this smoothie. Spinach is high in fibre and the net carbs are only 10g.

Ingredients
1/2 cup macadamia/almond nut butter
1 cup double cream yoghurt
130g mixed frozen berries
1 small avocado, peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
add a little water if you want to change the consistency of the smoothie
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
