Coaching

My coaching services focus on education, helping you troubleshoot challenges and understand the “why” behind keto and how it works for your body.

 

Another big part of coaching is accountability with regular check-ins, to help keep you motivated and on track.

 

Most importantly, coaching is about habit-building, helping you develop long-term, healthy lifestyle strategies that support sustainable success.

Coaching starts off with a pre-appointment questionnaire to help me understand your nutritional history, lifestyle factors and health goals. This is followed by your first consultation during which we will determine the length of or time I would suggest you work with me. Coaching can range from 1, 3 or up to 6 months - all depending on your health goals and support needed.  This initial session lays the foundation for a well-structured, realistic, and effective nutrition plan.

 

You will walk away from this session with knowledge and clear nutrition strategies to support you in your low carb keto health journey.

 

All coaching packages include support via Whatsapp and email for the duration of your coaching.

Coaching packages range between R1,400 to R4,200 depending on the duration.

Personalized Meal Plans

If you’re looking for a simple, personalized way to follow keto, a custom meal plan takes the stress out of knowing what to eat.

 

Each plan includes customized macros tailored to your unique health goals, along with practical, delicious, and straightforward options to help you stay on track. All my recipes and meals feature South African-friendly foods and products. Meals can be swapped around, and the meal plans come with a time-saving grocery list to make shopping easier.

 

The price is R650 for a two-week meal plan. Once you have a meal plan, I can create an updated version with slight variations for just R350, which is especially helpful with seasonal changes.
