About the Recipe

Don’t be alarmed by the carbohydrate content in this smoothie. Spinach is high in fibre and the net carbs are only 10g.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, loosely packed


  • 1 scoop protein powder


  • 1/2 cup coconut milk


  • 1/2 cup ice


  • 1/2 cup cold water


  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or using a submersion blender until smooth.
