About the Recipe
Change the consistency of this recipe by adjusting the water and coconut milk to make it more like a smoothie.

Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder
1 scoop whey protein powder (Nutritech Stevia Sweetened, or Biogen Lean Whey Protein)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a Consol or glass jar and shake well.
Place it in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast or lunch at work the next day.
Add 90-100% dark chocolate just before serving.
