About the Recipe

Change the consistency of this recipe by adjusting the water and coconut milk to make it more like a smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened raw cacao powder

  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (Nutritech Stevia Sweetened, or Biogen Lean Whey Protein)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a Consol or glass jar and shake well.

  2. Place it in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast or lunch at work the next day.

  3. Add 90-100% dark chocolate just before serving.
