About the Recipe
Place bacon, macon, or ham in the bottom of the muffin pan to form a cup and then pour the mixture into the muffin hole.

Ingredients
4 large free range eggs
1 cup cheese, grated
1 cup veggies of your choice, finely chopped
bacon/macon/ham (optional)
spices of your choice
Preparation
Heat the oven to 180°C and prep your muffin pan.
Whisk the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients to the egg mixture.
Season to taste.
Pour the mixture into the muffin pan and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Let the muffins sit for 5 minutes before removing.
