About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 head broccoli

  • 1 1/2 tsp butter

  • 2 large free range organic eggs

  • 2 tbsp water

  • pink Himalayan salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop broccoli very fine.

  2. Whisk eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the finely minced broccoli and sauté for a few minutes.

  4. Pour in the egg mixture.

  5. As the eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula.

  6. Continue doing so until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
