About the Recipe
Serve with a side salad or Broccoli Bacon Salad.

Ingredients
4 x 150g skinless, boneless fish fillets
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
Fresh parsley and lemon slices, to serve
Pink Himalayan salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place fish in a baking dish and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Place butter, cream, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a microwave-safe jug or bowl and microwave until melted.
Sprinkle fish with onions, then pour over the sauce.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fish is just cooked.
Remove from oven and transfer fish to serving plates. Spoon over sauce, and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
