Personalized Coaching and not simply Following a Meal Plan

My coaching services are built around education, so you’re never left guessing or blindly following rules. I help you understand the why behind low-carb and keto. To be successful you have to understand how it works, why it sometimes doesn’t, and how to adapt it to your body, your lifestyle, and your real-world challenges.

If you’ve tried keto before and felt confused, inconsistent, or frustrated by mixed results, this is often the missing piece. This is where things start to make sense.

 

Accountability when Motivation Dips

 

Motivation may get you started, but lasting change is built through habits, structure, and accountability. 

A big part of coaching is ongoing accountability through regular check-ins, guidance, and support. This is especially important during the moments when life gets busy, motivation drops, or old habits creep back in.

Working with me means you’re not doing this alone. You have someone in your corner, helping you stay focused, consistent, and moving forward when you feel like giving up.

 

Habit-building for Real and Sustainable Change

 

The goal is for this to feel doable and sustainable, not overwhelming or restrictive. Unfortunately, there simply are no quick fixes and trying to white-knuck your way through a diet is usually short-lived. 

My coaching style is about building habits. I use practical, realistic lifestyle strategies that support long-term health, confidence, and results you can actually continue to maintain long after working with me.

 

What to Expect

 

Coaching begins with a pre-appointment questionnaire, allowing me to understand your nutritional history, lifestyle factors, challenges, and health goals in detail.

Your first consultation then lays the foundation for everything that follows. Together, we’ll determine the length of coaching that best suits you — whether that’s 1, 3, or up to 6 months — based on the level of support you need and where you want to go.

 

 

Ongoing Support 

 

All coaching packages include WhatsApp and email support for the full duration of your coaching. You’re never left stuck, second-guessing yourself, or waiting until your next session to get help.

 

Cost

 

Coaching packages are customized and range from R1,400 to R4,200, depending on duration and level of support.
