About the Recipe

Use coconut cream, almond milk or macadamia milk. My favourite macadamia milk is the Giraf Macadamia Milk (unflavoured) available at Dischem.

Ingredients

  • 70 g frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk * see tips

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream for extra smoothness

  • 1/4 cup filtered water/ice

  • 1 scoop Uvora collagen

  • Protein shake (vanilla)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend

until smooth.

  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
