About the Recipe
Use coconut cream, almond milk or macadamia milk. My favourite macadamia milk is the Giraf Macadamia Milk (unflavoured) available at Dischem.

Ingredients
70 g frozen blueberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk * see tips
1/4 cup coconut cream for extra smoothness
1/4 cup filtered water/ice
1 scoop Uvora collagen
Protein shake (vanilla)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend
until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
