Refund & Replacement Policy – LeanFitKeto

At LeanFitKeto, we maintain the highest standards for our consumable products. To ensure quality and safety, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind once products have been delivered, as we can no longer guarantee the storage conditions or integrity of the contents.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item, we offer a 30-day window for claims. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

 

Our Process: Replacements First

 

Our priority is getting you the product you ordered.

 

If an item is found to be defective or incorrect:

  1. We will issue a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.

  2. If a replacement is not available, or if a refund is legally required, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility & Returns

  • To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, still sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of returning the item to us is for the customer's account.

  • Replacement Shipping: LeanFitKeto will cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item back to you.

  2. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
