Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.

  2. Divide the batter evenly into a muffin tin lined with muffin cups or greased with cooking spray.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  4. Let the muffins cool before serving. Enjoy!
